May Wong is the Executive Director of AMRC. She has been actively supporting the social and labour movements in Hong Kong, China, and Asia since the late 1990s. She used to work with AMRC as the China desk officer specialising in labour related issues and supporting independent grassroots labour movements in Asia. Later, she headed an advocacy labour rights group based in Hong Kong that promotes awareness on the negative effects of globalisation.
Omana George is the Programme Coordinator for Occupational and Environmental Health. Through the OESH programme of AMRC and the ANROEV network, Omana works with Asian grassroots groups who organise and empower workers and victims to fight for their rights.
Joy Hernandez is the Programme Coordinator for Capital Mobility. Before joining AMRC, Joy used to work as a researcher on labour and other social issues in the Philippines.
Abu Mufakhir is the Programme Coordinator for Organising the Marginalised for Social Protection. Before joining AMRC, Abu worked as researcher and labour educator between 2007-2016 with the Sedane Labor Resource Center (Lembaga Informasi Perburuhan Sedane, LIPS), Indonesia.
Ahking, Law is the Administrative Coordinator of the organisation. She is responsible for the administrative and financial matters of AMRC. She has been a part of the AMRC team since 2006.
Apo Leung Po Lam served as the Director of AMRC from 1994 to 2008 and worked as part of the AMRC China team from 2008 to 2010. He is currently the organisation’s Consultant particularly on labour-related issues in China and other countries in Asia.
